At BCA, our youngest innovators are already making a big impact! For their latest project, our Pre-K students designed machines made entirely from recycled materials to tackle real-world problems like deforestation, ocean pollution, unclean air, and more.

Each unique creation showcased their creativity, problem-solving skills, and understanding of environmental issues. From machines that could “clean” polluted oceans to ones that helped “reduce” deforestation, the students were deeply engaged in learning how to use what we already must protect our planet.

We had a blast hosting families at our machine gallery, where Pre-K students shared the purpose and function of their creations. It was heartwarming to see them proudly explain how their machines could make the world a better place!

A huge thank you to our families for supporting our young builders, and to our amazing Pre-K students for reminding us that sustainability starts with creativity and action!
