Bellevue Children’s Academy extends learning beyond the traditional school hours with our comprehensive Extended Day programs, including morning care, aftercare, and enrichment opportunities. These programs are designed to provide a safe, engaging, and supportive environment where students can explore their interests, receive academic support, and socialize in a structured setting.

Extended Day Sessions
Registration for each session opens approximately four weeks prior to the session start and remains open for about one week. Families will receive an email with program offerings and registration links prior to the registration period for each session. Please note that no changes or refunds are allowed after the last day of registration.

Morning Care
Available for Preschool to 4th Grade at all BCA campuses, our morning care program allows students to arrive early, from 7:30 am, and engage in quiet, supervised activities. This service provides a calm start to the day, where students can gradually transition into their school routine.
Aftercare
Designed as an extension of the school day, our Aftercare program offers a blend of social, academic, and creative activities tailored to the needs of our students. Staff members provide a nurturing environment with a structured schedule that includes snack time, active play, and homework help.

Enrichment Program
Overview
BCA’s Enrichment Programs offer a dynamic range of activities designed to foster new skills and uncover hidden talents in students from Pre-K to 4th grade.
Each session, we provide a diverse array of classes that might include arts, sports, technology, and more, led by skilled BCA teachers and selected external experts. These programs are carefully crafted to encourage not only skill development but also to enhance students’ confidence, creativity, and enthusiasm for learning.
Each enrichment class runs once a week from 3:15 pm to 4:15 pm and spans a session length of approximately 13 weeks, aligning with the school’s academic calendar.
Registration Process
Families interested in enrolling their children in the enrichment program can preview the course offerings prior to the registration period. Registration opens specifically for each session, with early registration encouraged due to the popularity and limited availability of certain courses.
Additional Support
Our enrichment programs are supported by experienced educators and professionals who specialize in their respective fields, ensuring high-quality learning experiences. The school provides all necessary materials for each class, and a snack is included before the start of each session to keep students energized and ready to learn.

Cost and Fees
Each course is priced between $400 and $460 per session, depending on the specific class and its requirements. Additional material fees may apply depending on the course, covering resources used during class activities.
Late Pick-Up Policy
If a child is picked up late after the designated enrichment class end time, a late fee of $60 will be applied. Parents are encouraged to pick up their children on time or utilize the available aftercare services until 6:00 pm.
