Our Extended Learning Program is designed to spark learning, creativity, and connection beyond the classroom! This program offers enriching academic and social experiences that support the whole child—before school, after school, and throughout the year.
From Morning Care and Afterschool Programs to Enrichment Classes, Summer School, and Kids Camps, each offering is thoughtfully crafted to promote intellectual growth, build confidence, and inspire joy in learning!
2025 – 2026
Extended LEARNING Sessions
Pre-K – 4th Grade registration for each session opens approximately four weeks prior to the session start and remains open for about one week. Preschool registration takes place once a year, 4 weeks prior to the Fall Session. There are no Winter or Spring registration windows for Preschool Extended Care. Families will receive an email with program offerings and registration links prior to the registration period for each session. Please note that no changes or refunds are allowed after the last day of registration.

Available for Preschool through 4th Grade at all BCA campuses, our Morning Care program welcomes students as early as 7:30 AM. Children engage in calm, engaging, purposeful activities that provide a smooth transition into the school day, fostering a focused and positive start to learning.

In our action-packed Afterschool STEAM program, students dive into Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math through fun, hands-on, and collaborative challenges.
Each session begins with a Secret Mission, launching students into an exciting quest where they work together to solve problems and conquer advanced STEAM challenges.

Our Preschool and Pre-K extended day program is a vibrant space where little learners can unwind, explore, and grow. Whether it’s arts and crafts, outdoor adventures, or cozy Storytime, each moment is designed to bring joy and enrichment to your child’s day.
Preschool extended day program includes morning care and afterschool care. Extended care registration for preschool takes place once a year, four weeks prior to the start of the Fall session. There are no Winter or Spring registration windows for preschool extended day programs.
Pre-K extended day program includes morning care, afterschool care, and enrichment. Families may register for Fall, Winter, and/or Spring sessions. Registration for each season opens approximately four weeks prior to the session and remains open for approximately one week.

Drop-In Care
Offered for both morning and afterschool, Drop-In Care provides flexibility for parents who need occasional care without prior commitment. Simply contact the front office on the day needed to confirm availability.

Enrichment Program
Overview
Our Enrichment Program offers a dynamic range of high-quality learning experiences designed to foster new skills, expand on favorite interests, uncover hidden talents, build confidence and self-esteem! This program is available to Pre-K-4th grade students.
Classes are led by expert instructors and BCA educators to offer students a diverse range of engaging and educational experiences. These specialized programs encompass various fields, including athletics, performing arts, engineering, art, science and more, ensuring students have opportunities to explore and develop their interests in a supportive and engaging environment. Classes meet once a week from 3:00 p.m. – 4:15 p.m. Each program runs for approximately 12 weeks, with three sessions offered throughout the school year.
Registration Process
Families interested in enrolling their children in the enrichment program can preview the course offerings prior to the registration period. Registration opens specifically for each session, with early registration encouraged due to the popularity of the program.
MATERIALS
All necessary materials for each class are included in the price. A snack is provided before each class to keep students energized and ready to learn.

Cost and Fees
Each course is priced between $470 and $540 per session, depending on the specific class and its requirements. Additional material fees may apply depending on the course, covering resources used during class activities.
Late Pick-Up Policy
A late fee of $25 per 15-minute increment will be applied per child if they are picked up after the designated dismissal period. Parents are encouraged to pick up their children on time or utilize our Drop-In Afterschool Program services until 6:00 PM.
