Your Guide to Joining BCA
- Join Our Application Platform
Start your application process by creating an account on Ravenna, our online application platform. Here, you can submit your application, register for events, and track your application status. If you need any assistance with Ravenna, please contact us at admissions@bcacademy.com
- Visit Our Campuses
We encourage you to visit BCA to truly understand what makes our community special. Schedule a campus tour to meet our staff, see our facilities, and get your questions answered.
- Apply and Schedule a Student Interview
Through your Ravenna dashboard, navigate to the “School Directory.” Select “Greater Seattle,” followed by “BCA & Willows Preparatory School” and click “Apply.” Once we receive your completed application, we’ll reach out to schedule the student interview.

Once you’ve submitted your application, our Admissions Committee will review it and share the decision through both the online platform and email. You can stay updated by regularly checking your application portal.
