FOR PRE-KINDERGARTEN TO 4TH GRADE
Explore the enriching environment of BCA’s Summer School, open to both BCA and non-BCA students. We offer three flexible sessions, allowing students to engage fully in their learning experiences.
With small class sizes capped between 10-16 students, our personalized approach ensures that each child receives focused attention. Daily activities include core academic subjects like English and math, complemented by project-based learning in science and social studies, aligned with the session’s theme. For added convenience, aftercare and lunch services are available, all within a nurturing setting managed by our dedicated staff.

SESSIONS:
- June 24–July 5: Discover Planet Earth
- July 8–July 19: Solve the Mystery
- July 22–August 2: Exploration of the Arts

COST:
- Session 1:
- Early Bird $1,030 until May 1, 2024.
- $1,080 from from May 2, 2024
- Session 2 & 3:
- Early Bird $1,150 until May 1, 2024.
- $1,200 from from May 2, 2024

Begin the registration process by clicking the ‘REGISTER NOW’ button below. Upon successful registration, you’ll receive an automatic confirmation from Homeroom, your verification of registration.
The last day to register for Summer School is May 31, 2024. After this date, please email your requested Summer School session: Summer@bcacademy.com
SUMMER SUPPLY LIST:
- 1 package of Crayola colored pencils
- 1 plastic pencil box
- 1 package of markers (Not necessary for Pre-K)
- 5 sharpened #2 pencils
- 1 standard white eraser
- 1 pair of scissors
- 1 glue stick
- 1 set of extra clothes and shoes (Pre-K, K, 1st Grade)
HELPFUL TIPS:
- Register based on the student’s grade in Fall 2024.
- Pre-Kindergarten (at least 4 years old by Aug. 31st, 2024, and potty trained)
- Kindergarten – 4th Grade in fall (at least 5 years old by Aug. 31st, 2024)
- If you don’t see your school in the dropdown, select “other.”
- If classes appear full, you can add your child to the waitlist; we’ll notify you if spaces become available.
- An automatic confirmation from Homeroom.com will be sent post-registration.
- BCA will follow up with additional details, including lunch ordering, a month before classes begin.
Registration for our aftercare program opens March 1st via Homeroom. Enjoy extended hours from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. with options for Aftercare Late and a shorter Aftercare Lite until 4:30 p.m. Sessions provide additional outdoor play, socializing, and a provided snack.
- Aftercare Late: Monday through Friday, 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Session 1: $400
- Session 2 & 3: $420 each session
- Aftercare Lite: Monday through Friday, 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Session 1: $190
- Session 2 & 3: $210 each session
A late fee of $60 is applied for each instance of late pickup after the designated aftercare time.
Lunches can either be brought from home or purchased through the school with pre-order or same-day order options:
- Pre-order Lunch: $8.00 per meal
- Same-day Order: $11.00 per meal (Please call the front office by 10:00 a.m. for same-day ordering)
- Additional Options:
- Milk: $1.50
- Healthy Choice Add-On (Yogurt, dried fruit, cheese and crackers, etc.): $2.50
Each lunch includes a main entrée, a serving of fruits and vegetables, and a nutritious side. Vegetarian and non-vegetarian options are available.
Lunch fees will use an ACH system and automatically be withdrawn monthly from your designated account. A completed ACH form is due at the time of registration.
You may cancel your registration and receive a full refund under the following conditions:
- Session 1: 100% refund if cancelled by May 31, 2024; no refunds or changes after this date. A $30 processing fee applies for any schedule changes.
- Sessions 2 & 3: 100% refund if cancelled by June 7, 2024; no refunds or changes after this date. A $30 processing fee applies for any schedule changes.
